Background and Company History of Dell Inc.

Dell, Inc. is a multinational information technology corporation founded by Michael Dell in 1984 in Austin, Texas, with an unprecedented idea – that by selling computer systems directly to customers, he could deliver the most effective computing solutions to meet their needs.
